NewPoint’s Role

NewPoint’s mandate was to simplify the Company’s banking arrangements. Prior to NewPoint’s involvement, the Company had 11 different lenders.

Transaction Snapshot

NewPoint presented the large financing opportunity to several lenders. Scotiabank ultimately won the mandate and remains the lender to the Company to this day.
