Richards, through its subsidiary Clarion Medical Technologies, has acquired all of the outstanding shares of National Dental Inc. (“National Dental”). National Dental is a leading Canadian provider of high-tech laser and diagnostic devices to the dental care industry. This strategic acquisition adds a third major market vertical to Clarion’s medical device distribution business, alongside aesthetics and vision, and the synergies available between the two companies present substantial opportunities for growth.
