Scott Calderwood has over 30 years of experience in M&A and restructuring within investment banking and insolvency. Additionally, his experience includes serving as a board member and advisor to several private companies.

Scott was a founding partner at NewPoint and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
