Cloudtrek Pty Ltd, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud specialist, was sold to Deloitte Australia, the leading professional services firm.

Brisbane-based CloudTrek is an Advanced AWS Consulting Partner providing advisory, architecture, build and migration services to support cloud adoption and core technology transformation.

Cloudtrek’s 26-strong team, comprising of cloud and infrastructure strategists, architects, DevOps automation engineers, developers and support engineers, will join Deloitte Consulting’s Technology, Strategy, and Architecture practice.

Deloitte is already well-established in the provision of AWS cloud migration and infrastructure capability in the Melbourne and Sydney markets. The addition of the CloudTrek team will complement existing national capability and grow the firm’s presence into the Queensland, Western Australia and ACT markets.

Clairfield International represented Cloudtrek throughout the transaction process, including managing due diligence advisors, and working closely with both the buyer and seller to ensure a transaction structure which created alignment for all parties.
