Clairfield International advised Grupo ADI in its acquisition of Quaternia. Both companies are active in the chemical distribution market. With the acquisition ADI will have combined sales in excess of EUR 55 million. ADI is active in the textile sector while Quaternia is active in the personal care, cosmetic, and detergent segments.

Clairfield International in Barcelona executed a double mandate, both advising on the acquisition, after a lengthy screening process, and arranging the financing package with which ADI made the acquisition.
