Quant.Capital Management GmbH, a German quant-based alternative asset manager, sold a stake to a private investor.

Quant.Capital Management is a BaFin-regulated asset manager founded in 2007 that combines capital markets expertise with modern technology to deliver innovative solutions in asset management together with high level of customisation due to its modular approach to strategy design and superior risk and strategy overlay capabilities.

The transaction will support Quant.Capital Group in the further development of its capabilities.  In addition to asset management, the Quant.Capital Group also provides quant-based trading solutions through ultra-low-latency infrastructure and machine learning and “AI” software skills. The Research Lab, mainly used for algorithmic trading, also lays the foundation for strategy determination of the asset management activities of the Group.
