CET became a partner of Clairfield International in 2009 and since then has been involved in many crossborder transactions. Some of the firm’s notable deals within the last year include advising Infinitas on the acquisition of WSiP, a leading education publisher in Poland and acting as financial and business advisor to Zakład Automatyki Kombud on its merger, which created a holding with annual revenues exceeding PLN 500 million (EUR 113 million).

The name change is being celebrated at a Clairfield International partners’ meeting in Gdansk, Poland. Over 60 Clairfield partners from 21 Clairfield offices have gathered in Gdansk for two days of information sharing, elevated learning, networking, workshops, presentations from five highly respected guest speakers, and a celebration of the firm’s adoption of the Clairfield brand.
