Q2 shows sharp V in Nordic software
The Q2 Nordic software report notes a sharp V as Nordic software multiples recover from the coronavirus crisis. PE as acquirors dominate Q2 as more than 70% of the acquisitions are backed by PE, either as platform or as add-on. We see strong activity going into Q3 and smaller and smaller assets attract investor interest.
