Arctic Chiller Group (“ACG”) engineers and manufactures modular and high efficiency chillers that are utilized in commercial and industrial cooling applications throughout North America.

NewPoint’s Role

NewPoint was retained by the shareholders of ACG, to sell some or all of the Company to facilitate a full or partial exit for the shareholders and finance the building of a new manufacturing facility in the US. NewPoint assisted the client with all aspects relevant to closing he transaction including structuring and raising the required senior debt.

After approaching a variety of North American investors and alternate sources, NewPoint identified the structure that would best align the interests of the shareholders with the new equity partner. This resulted in management retaining a significant interest in the business while providing liquidity and the funds needed for the new facility and the growth of the business.
