NewPoint was retained in a corporate finance role raise to financing to support its strategic plan.

NewPoint worked with the Company to determine the appropriate capital structure to fund the growth plans of the business. Due to the large working capital requirements of the business, availability of financing against working capital assets was paramount. As such, NewPoint targeted lenders with a focus in this area.
