NewPoint’s Role

NewPoint was retained as exclusive financial advisor to assist the Company in financing its organic growth and expansion in China. NewPoint worked closely with the shareholders and management to determine an optimal capital structure as the Company experienced rapid growth in a changing market.

Transaction Snapshot

NewPoint played a key role in raising the appropriate capital tranches while consolidating most of the share ownership into key managers’ hands. The introduction of patient medium-term capital provided the Company with the funding it needed to grow while the overall cost of capital was minimized.
