NewPoint was retained as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor to arrange financing to fund anticipated growth and repay certain corporate loans. NewPoint took the lead in preparing the marketing and financial materials necessary to solicit potential strategic and financial equity investors, as well as, providing financial and negotiating expertise throughout the duration of the process.
