NewPoint’s Role

NewPoint was retained as financial advisor to assist the company in developing a capital structure to enable it to finance its growth objectives. NewPoint planned and executed a disciplined and confidential process, approaching a limited number of financial and strategic groups in North America and Europe. NewPoint will continue to assist Genuine Health with Phase 2 of its financing strategy to secure a senior debt facility to fund working capital and growth.
