Established in 2003, the Company develops customized programs for its domestic and international customers that enable direct distribution of pharmaceuticals and other products to pharmacies, clinics, patient homes and offices.

NewPoint’s Role

NewPoint was retained by the shareholders of GMD to explore a potential divestiture. NewPoint assisted the client with all aspects relevant to the transaction including sourcing and approaching a broad list of financial buyers, negotiating the key transaction terms including the purchase price, due diligence and all agreements related to closing.
