NewPoint was retained to assist management in acquiring the Company from its founder who was in need of a succession plan. NewPoint negotiated the terms of the acquisition and raised all of the capital to complete the transaction.

The business was marketed to a number of potential buyers, but due to its complex organizational structure and service offering, management was ideally suited to acquire the business but lacked the capital and experience. With NewPoint’s assistance, the business was presented appropriately and Priveq Capital Funds was brought in as the financial partner.
