NewPoint was retained by the shareholders of Hydropool to explore a potential sale of the Company and assist the shareholders and management with all aspects of evaluating, negotiating and closing a transaction.

Jacuzzi Brands LLC, backed by equity sponsors Ares Management, Clearlake Capital Group and Apollo Global Management, was chosen as the successful bidder. NewPoint played a leading role in negotiating the key transaction terms and facilitated a thorough due diligence process.
