NewPoint is ISN's exclusive financial adviser. NewPoint identified Investigative Research Group, a complimentary investigations firm focused on serving the insurance industry, as a potential acquisition target.

Transaction Snapshot

NewPoint assisted in the negotiation of all key transaction terms including the purchase price, due diligence and agreements related to closing. Additionally, NewPoint raised all of the financing required to complete the transaction. NewPoint continues to advise the Company with respect to certain financial matters and future acquisitions.
