NewPoint, along with Capital Assist Valuation Inc., was retained by the shareholders of LMP to facilitate a sale of the Company to provide the owners with a path towards succession, as well as some immediate liquidity. NewPoint assisted the Company with all aspects of evaluating, negotiating, and closing the transaction.
