Richards, through its subsidiary Richards Packaging Holdings 2 Inc., has acquired HL Production SA, the Swiss based global owner and distributor of the World PRP® platelet-rich plasma ("PRP") system to the healthcare industry. The strategic acquisition is expected to drive growth in Richard’s OEM strategy, alongside their organically developed brand, Luvo.
