Tempur Canada is a privately owned and operated business located in London, Ontario. In September 1995, Tempur Canada began marketing the Tempur-Pedic product line and is now the Canadian leading national marketer and distributor of premium mattresses, foundations, adjustable bases and various life comfort accessories.

NewPoint’s Role

NewPoint was retained as exclusive financial advisor by the owner of the Company to negotiate the sale of the business to its US supplier. NewPoint played a full role which included negotiating the key terms of the sale, management of the due diligence process and assisting in the negotiation of all related closing documentation.
